The Fox EQ4800 Stack of 4 is ideal for homeowners or businesses seeking a scalable, high-performance solar battery storage solution with reliable performance and expandability.
Please note: In order to increase the product warranty from 5 to 12 years you must register your install with Fox online to activate the 12 year warranty, otherwise it's 5 years as standard. Please click here for registration page. You can review the warranty document for more information.
Delivery Costs:
Parcel deliveries: Β£12.95 per parcel, multiple small items may be packed together. The total delivery cost always be shown at checkout.
Pallet deliveries: Lithium battery delivery prices start from Β£65 per pallet.
Solar panels typically start from Β£90, 2m+ solar panels Β£125 per pallet
Access restrictions:
Pallet deliveries will typically be made on a large articulated vehicle. It is important to notify us in the shipping notes on the checkout page or by email if there may be any access restictions on-route and we can request an 18tn rigid vehicle is used or if necessary a 7.5tn.
Deliveries that can't be made due to access restrictions without notification to incurr a re-delivery charge which we pass on to the customer from the transport company.
Tracking:
Where possible tracking details will always be provided.
Pallet delivery companies will oftenshow what number delivery is scheduled but not an actual time slot.
Over-sized solar panels:
Solar panels of around 2.2m+ are too large to be off-loaded on the taillift and will require either a foklift on site or to be hand lifted off by the customer. Please check if there is a notification for this if ordering large size sola panels.
Signing for a delivery:
Pallet deliveries must be signed for in person, they can not be left on site if there is no one there to receive them for insurance purposes.
