These Solar DC Cables are specifically for Photovoltaic (PV) systems, in particular those installed at Direct Current (DC) with a nominal DC voltage of up to 1.5kV between conductors as well as between conductor and earth, and not exceeding 1800V. Manufactured against the latest European Standard (EN 50618). The harmonised designation (H1Z2Z2-K, EN 50618) requires cables to be low smoke zero halogen and flexible tin-coated copper conductors with a single core and cross-linked insulation and sheath. Cables are required to be tested at a voltage of 11kV AC 50Hz and have an operating temperature range of -40oC to +90oC. (H1Z2Z2-K supersedes the previous TÜV approved PV1-F cable.)
